In a privileged environment, the Pla de Bages, a small medieval village, Salelles and the Casa de la Volta cottage, centenary but with all the comforts, make culinary workshops complemented with activities and visits to enjoy a relaxing day.

At the Casa de la Vuelta you will learn how to prepare traditional dishes and spectacular recipes while enjoying a day in the countryside and tasting wines aged with the soul, at the DO Pla de Bages!

The workshops are very personalized, groups of 4 to 8 people so that you feel at ease with different proposals: traditional cuisine, dishes to look good when you invite friends, fusion cuisine, Christmas cuisine, ….

We start the day with a welcome coffee at the Casa de la Vuelta. We prepare the recipes and, when we have them practically finished, we take a break and go for a walk through the countryside to the neighboring farm, cal Quico, home of Fargas-Fargas Winery. Its owner accompanies us to the vineyards and makes us taste the wines that he personally breeds in small batches. You can also visit the Oller del Mas winery, just 2 minutes from our estate. The flavors of the Pla de Bages in your glass!

After the demonstration-tasting, we return to the Casa de la Vuelta, finish the recipes and have lunch together.

In the afternoon, get-together, small historical walk through the sagrera de Salelles and farewell.
