Salelles is a picturesque medieval sagrera and very well preserved all and the ravages of history. It forms part of the 1714 Route of Catalonia in the section of burnt villages and 1714 spaces. It preserves a Baroque altarpiece, in the church of Sant Sadurní de Salelles, saved from the flames during the Civil War and returned many years later, a jewel that must be seen.
