In 1922, Josep Esquius Portella decided to buy the House to set up a textile industry so that people could stay in the village. Later, they converted the House into a bar, where there was also a carpentry and a barber shop, that had to close when people began to emigrate to the neighbouring textile colonies to work.
Four generations later, the house has been restored so that you can have a beautiful and quiet stay surrounded by beautiful forests.
In the house we can find four bedrooms with private bathroom, an open kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace, TV room, barbecue zone and a Hot-Tub.
