Canonge is located in the centre of Manresa and offers contemporary cuisine prepared with seasonal and local products, as well as a selection of desserts made in the same workshop. We have a daily menu from Monday to Friday, a Saturday menu, an à la carte menu and a tasting menu on Friday nights.

El Canonge was born from a project of the AMPANS Foundation to create job opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities; people who have been trained in catering and kitchen services and who carry out their work with professionalism and enthusiasm.
