In Les Manxons, a neighborhood located west of the town of Callús next to the river Cardener we find the Tines dels Manxons. These old vats at the foot of the vineyard are a historical testimony of the wine activity that took place in the Pla de Bages in the s. XIX. Currently, this heritage complex is listed in the Inventory of Cultural Assets prepared by the Diputació de Barcelona.
Even today, there are a few vats grouped in a row and built in mud walls that have recently been partially rehabilitated and turned into a museum so that they can be visited. It is possible to see the inside from the outside as a light button has been installed to illuminate them. It is also possible to access it by requesting the key from the town hall in advance.
